Purchasing our sweet puppy Harper Dolly was a fantastic experience. It had been almost 2 years since our beloved black lab, Yazhi, had passed and we greatly missed that love and the companionship we shared. "We had quite an adventure looking for a Chocolate Lab pup until we found Don and Katrina at New England Premier English Labs, saw Peachie and knew she was going to be perfect. "Last fall my daughter expressed her wish for a new addition to our family in the form of a puppy.  As a family of animal lovers - chickens, ducks, rabbits, and other creatures, as well as a home where all sorts of wild things visit, we thought it would be a great idea to get a dog.  Our initial search for a qualified breeder was a bit disappointing - either too restrictive, noncommittal, or just not respectful of our request. Finally and fortunately, we came across New England Premier English Labradors, of Don and Katrina Potter.  They were extremely easy to work with, were communicative, and very straightforward.  They answered all our questions, and the inquiry process was simple and comfortable.  It felt like a perfect match. We will never forget the day we picked up Maple in Pennsylvania.  A bonus was that we were able to briefly see one of her siblings, who was also being delivered that day.  I first saw her sitting in back of Katrina's car, and could not believe how cute she was - a small, puffy, brown bear-like creature, waiting to be held. The sheen and dark brown color of her coat is what first struck me, as well as how solid and healthy she appeared - absolutely gorgeous.  Followed by her amazingly friendly and loving personality,  which was evident as soon as she was picked up for the first time.  Her boundless energy and affection was all consuming, and is still evident to this day. Maple has been the best addition to our family for years.  I could not imagine how we got along without her.  Intelligent, loving, faithful, energetic, and one of the best descriptors which was recently given to her by our trainer, exuberant, describes Maple.  She absolutely loves people, and is in turn a target of affection as so many people want to pet her, and often express how beautiful she is. We are truly so fortunate to come across such a beautiful dog.  Watching her grow from a little puppy into now a young lady has been an absolute joy.
